We’re recruiting candidates for remote, full-time roles with a digital health partner dedicated to medication adherence.

We’re seeking coaches, medical assistants, community health workers, and/or allied health professionals with backgrounds in health coaching, public health, or community health work.

Role Overview:

• Communicate with patients via phone, text, and email to guide them through enrollment
• Leverage listening skills and empathy to evaluate patient needs and match them with appropriate programs
• Handle inbound and outbound communication (primarily outbound) and manage patient demographics in Salesforce

• Compensation: $22-$24/hour

Requirements

Requirements:

• Training: Certification as a health coach, medical assistant, community health worker, pharmacy technician, or similar role
• Language: Bilingual Spanish and English
• Availability: 40 hours per week with flexible scheduling within 9am–8pm EST, with at least 2 Saturday shifts per month
• Years of Experience: 3+ years in health coaching, health education, patient engagement, or a related healthcare role
• Workspace: Quiet, secure workspace with high-speed internet (U.S. based only)
