We are currently seeking a nurse practitioner to join our well-established general pediatric practice in Western Massachusetts. Our established group of 14 providers serves two office sites in West Springfield and Westfield, MA where we are able to offer routine well care visits, same day sick visits, weekend/holiday and evening urgent care coverage. We are a certified Medical Home with integrated behavioral health providers and medical home clinical care coordinators.
Pediatric Associates of Hampden County is situated 1.5 to 2.5 hr driving distance from Boston and New York City respectively, and has been caring for children in our community for over 50 years. Many of our patients are now the 2nd or 3rd generations of their family in our care.
4-day work week with shared evening and weekend coverage and no hospital rounding.

Requirements
Graduated from an accredited nursing program, current licensure and certification (or eligible for certification for new grads)
